30 Minute Lasagne: A Comforting, Quick Dinner Delight

A quick and easy lasagne recipe that can be prepared and baked in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 12 lasagne noodles
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagne noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread 1/3 of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer 4 noodles over the sauce.
  6. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
  7. Add another layer of sauce, followed by 4 more noodles.
  8. Spread remaining ricotta mixture and top with 1/3 of the marinara sauce.
  9. Add the final layer of noodles and cover with remaining sauce.
  10. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  11. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
  12. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can add cooked ground meat for extra protein.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
  • Lasagne can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
