Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and cook until translucent.
- Add marinated chicken and brown on both sides.
- Pour in water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice.
