- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check that internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Notes
- You can use chicken fillets instead of thighs.
