Instructions
- Marinate chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Dredge marinated chicken pieces in the flour mixture, coating well.
- Place coated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray chicken lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispy texture and ensure chicken is cooked through.
