Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, gochujang, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Coat the marinated chicken pieces in cornstarch.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once cooked, garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
- Serve with rice or as an appetizer.
