- 1 lb chicken fillet, cubed
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge chicken cubes in the cornstarch mixture.
- Dip the chicken in the beaten egg.
- Coat the chicken in breadcrumbs.
- Place chicken bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Brush cooked chicken with sweet chili sauce and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for larger pieces.
- Serve with extra sauce on the side.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
