- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 medium apple, grated
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Buns for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, grated apple, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Serve on buns with your choice of toppings.
Notes
- You can add cheese on top of the patties during the last minute of cooking.
- Serve with a side of salad or fries.
