- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken mixture until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and stir in cabbage, green onions, and cilantro.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper to create a taco shape and seal the edges.
- Fry the wonton tacos in hot oil until golden and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
