Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add the diced bacon and cook on high until it starts to brown.
- Add the chopped cabbage, sliced onion, and minced garlic.
- Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until cabbage is tender.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of apple cider vinegar.
- Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
