- 4 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Coat each chicken fillet with olive oil, then dip into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the breaded chicken in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the chicken.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Can use store-bought marinara sauce.
