  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken fillet in olive oil, then dip into the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the breaded chicken fillets on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and top each fillet with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
