Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and surround them with sliced mushrooms.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
