- 4 boneless chicken fillets
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken fillets in a baking dish and surround them with the potatoes.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Add the green beans to the baking dish and bake for another 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken fillets.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
