- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash the potatoes and pierce them with a fork.
- Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
- While the potatoes are baking, mix the tuna with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
- Once the potatoes are done, slice them open and fluff the insides.
- Top each potato with tuna and shredded cheese.
- Return to the oven for 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Serve with a side of mixed salad greens.

- You can add additional toppings like chopped onions or olives.
- Adjust the amount of mayonnaise based on your preference.
