Baked Spuds, Tuna, Cheese and Salad: 5 Comforting Tips

Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes and pierce them with a fork.
  3. Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  4. While the potatoes are baking, mix the tuna with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  5. Once the potatoes are done, slice them open and fluff the insides.
  6. Top each potato with tuna and shredded cheese.
  7. Return to the oven for 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts.
  8. Serve with a side of mixed salad greens.

Notes

  • You can add additional toppings like chopped onions or olives.
