- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken tender in the flour mix, then the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded tenders on a baking sheet.
- Brush each tender with BBQ sauce.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
