- 2 chicken fillets, diced
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add sliced bell peppers and onion. Sauté until soft.
- Stir in corn, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- If using, sprinkle cheese on top and cover until melted.
Notes
- Serve with rice or bread for a complete meal.
- Adjust BBQ sauce to your taste preference.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
