- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, onion, brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
- Place chicken fillets in a baking dish.
- Pour the cranberry mixture over the chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm.
