Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken fillet, cubed
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine chicken, broccoli, orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger in the Instant Pot.
- Set to cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Release pressure and remove the chicken and broccoli.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then add to the pot.
- Set to sauté until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken and broccoli to the pot, stir to coat.
- Serve warm.

- Adjust honey for sweetness.
- Use low-sodium soy sauce for a healthier option.
- Serve with brown rice or quinoa.
