- 8 oz udon noodles
- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook udon noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic, ginger, onion, and bell pepper; stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Stir in black pepper and soy sauce.
- Add cooked udon noodles and toss to combine.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust black pepper to taste.
- You can use chicken or tofu instead of beef.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables.
