- 2 pounds pork ribs
- 1 cup blackberry jam
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix blackberry jam, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Place the ribs in a baking dish and cover with the glaze.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 hours.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
