Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork ribs
  • 1 cup blackberry jam
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix blackberry jam, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Place the ribs in a baking dish and cover with the glaze.
  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 hours.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
