Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to the griddle and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 5 minutes.
- Ensure chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
