- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Set the instant pot to sauté mode and add olive oil.
- Brown the chicken thighs on both sides for about 4 minutes each.
- Add chicken broth to the pot.
- Close the lid and set the instant pot to manual high pressure for 15 minutes.
- After cooking, allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Serve hot.

- For extra flavor, marinate chicken thighs before cooking.
