- 1 lb chicken thighs, diced
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Mix bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Simmer for 15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Serve over rice or noodles.
- You can substitute chicken fillet for thighs.
- Adjust the sugar for more or less sweetness.
