Instructions

  4. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; stir in thyme and rosemary.

  6. Add frozen peas and stir well.
  7. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  8. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  9. Add milk, stirring until just combined.
