- 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, chopped

- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, brown the beef cubes over medium heat.
- Add onions, carrots, celery, and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; stir in thyme and rosemary.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 1.5 hours until beef is tender.
- Add frozen peas and stir well.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add milk, stirring until just combined.
- Spread the cobbler topping over the beef mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
