Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken fillet with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken in the pan until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Toast the bread in the same pan.
- Assemble the sandwich: spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread.
- Add lettuce, cooked chicken, and tomato slices.
- Top with the second slice of bread.
- Cut in half and serve.
