- 1 pound bacon, cut into thirds
- 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wrap each little smokie with a piece of bacon.
- Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Place wrapped smokies in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and black pepper over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
- Serve warm.
