- 1 lb shredded cooked chicken
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add shredded chicken and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the beans, tomatoes, and chicken broth.
- Add buffalo sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot, garnished with your choice of toppings.

- Adjust the buffalo sauce to your heat preference.
- Top with cheese, sour cream, or green onions if desired.
