- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
- Add cream cheese and ranch dressing to the chicken mixture and stir until smooth.
- Add cooked pasta to the chicken mixture and mix well.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your taste.
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- For a spicier dish, add jalapeños.
