- 2 lbs chicken fillets
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub chicken fillets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in a baking dish.
- Pour buffalo sauce over chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from oven, let rest, and then shred chicken.
- Mix shredded chicken with ranch dressing.
- Serve with celery and carrots.
