Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix hot sauce, melted butter, vinegar, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Toss the chicken wings in the sauce until well coated.
- Spread the wings on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy.
- Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
- For extra crispy wings, broil for the last 5 minutes.
