Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken piece into the flour mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove chicken and drain on paper towels.
- Toss fried chicken in buffalo sauce before serving.
