Buldak-Style Grilled Chicken: 5 Bold Flavors You’ll Crave

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix gochugaru, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less gochugaru.
