- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
Instructions
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet.
- In a bowl, mix rice, black beans, cheese, tomatoes, onions, sour cream, and taco seasoning.
- Spoon the mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly.
- Place the burritos seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite salsa.
