Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin, and coriander for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a pan, melt butter and sauté onions until golden.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
  4. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in pureed tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Add heavy cream and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and garnish with cilantro before serving.
