Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken fillet, cut into cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in yogurt, garlic, ginger, garam masala, turmeric, and chili powder for at least 1 hour.
- Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato puree and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Mix in cream and salt, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve with rice or naan.
Notes
- Adjust spice levels according to your taste.
- Use boneless chicken for easier cooking.
- Can substitute heavy cream with coconut milk for a lighter version.
