Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cubed butternut squash with cinnamon and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted butter and milk to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Spread the seasoned butternut squash over the batter.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
