- 4 chicken fillets
- 1 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Season chicken fillets with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken fillets and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in grated Pecorino Romano cheese until melted.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the cheese sauce.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with more cheese and pepper on top.
