California Grilled Chicken: 5 Reasons to Love It

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
