Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes.
- Add cherry tomatoes and mozzarella on top of the chicken.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove chicken and top with fresh basil and balsamic glaze.
- Serve hot.
