Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly on one slice of garlic bread.
- Top with the second slice of garlic bread.
- Place the sandwich on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden.
- Slice and serve warm.
