- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add bell peppers and onions to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan.
- Place a portion of the sausage and egg mixture on each tortilla.
- Roll up tightly and serve warm.
