Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice for at least 2 hours.
  2. Add rice flour and corn flour to the marinated chicken and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the marinated chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  6. Garnish with curry leaves before serving.
