- 500g chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup corn flour
- Oil for frying
- Curry leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice for at least 2 hours.
- Add rice flour and corn flour to the marinated chicken and mix well.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the marinated chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Garnish with curry leaves before serving.

- Adjust the spice level according to your taste.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and onion slices.
- This dish pairs well with a side of yogurt dip.
