- 500g chicken, cut into pieces

- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 1 tablespoon fenugreek seeds
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- Add fenugreek and cumin seeds, sauté for a minute.
- Stir in the chopped onion and cook until golden brown.
- Add chicken pieces and brown them on all sides.
- Mix in turmeric, chili powder, and coriander powder.
- Add tomato puree and salt; cook until chicken is tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
