Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add fenugreek and cumin seeds, sauté for a minute.
  4. Stir in the chopped onion and cook until golden brown.
  5. Add chicken pieces and brown them on all sides.
  6. Mix in turmeric, chili powder, and coriander powder.
  7. Add tomato puree and salt; cook until chicken is tender.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
