- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred it, then return it to the slow cooker.
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese to the slow cooker.
- Stir well and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, let it cook longer without the lid.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with garlic bread or a side salad.
