Chicken Alfredo Slow Cooker: 7 Steps to Comforting Bliss

This is a simple and creamy chicken alfredo made in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken fillets
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
  5. Remove chicken and shred it, then return it to the slow cooker.
  6. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
  7. Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese to the slow cooker.
  8. Stir well and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a thicker sauce, let it cook longer without the lid.
  • Adjust seasoning to your taste.
