Ingredients

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shredded chicken and artichoke hearts, cooking until heated through.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, and Parmesan cheese.
- Drain spaghetti and add it to the pan with chicken and artichokes.
- Remove pan from heat, and quickly stir in the egg mixture to create a sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.

- Use grilled chicken for added flavor.
- Substitute gluten-free pasta if needed.
