Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

Instructions

  3. Add shredded chicken and artichoke hearts, cooking until heated through.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Drain spaghetti and add it to the pan with chicken and artichokes.
  6. Remove pan from heat, and quickly stir in the egg mixture to create a sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve immediately.
