- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add chicken and artichokes, stir and heat through.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, and Parmesan cheese.
- Drain spaghetti and add to the pan with chicken and artichokes.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in the egg mixture, mixing well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.

- Use cooked rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
- Adjust cream and cheese for desired richness.
