- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in vodka and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cream and bring to a gentle boil.
- Add chicken and artichokes, mixing well.
- Sprinkle in Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
