Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and asparagus; sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in vodka and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot.
