Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken fillet, diced
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in bell pepper, chili powder, and cumin.
- Add black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.

- Serve with cornbread or rice.
