Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in broccoli and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes, olives, capers, and red pepper flakes.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Season with salt.
- Serve hot, with pasta if desired.
